This Privacy Notice for California residents serves to inform California residents regarding the Personal Information that SproutLoud Media Networks, LLC (collectively, “SproutLoud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and applies solely to guests, visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”).   8. To meet legal requirements; to respond to lawful requests by public authorities; to comply with our legal, account or security requirements by providing information to lawyers or accountants; to prosecute or to provide defense in a legal proceeding
